I regret purchasing a tablet from Oteeto, sold online through Carrefour by the supplier Shams Al Shbah. The product I received had a manufacturing defect—the battery shows only 1% charge even after full charging, making it completely unusable.
Despite reaching out, the seller refused to accept a return or offer any resolution, leaving me with a poor-quality product and wasted money. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially coming from a trusted platform like Carrefour.
I strongly advise others not to buy products from this supplier, as they do not stand behind the quality of their items or offer proper customer support. Defective Product – No Support
